Ordering Gift Vouchers -  From 25 € to 1,000 €.
Gift Vouchers remain valid for 1 year.
There are 2 ordering options: 1) with Gift Box   2) by Email

1. You Order a Gift Box :

This has a delivery time of approximately 1 week after receipt of payment.
You can also order this in combination with a production.
Additional postage will be charged if it has to be sent separately.
The price of the postage varies according to the destination.

You can also have them delivered directly to the recipient.

Details can be filled in during the ordering process.

2. You Order a Downloadable Gift Voucher :

This is immediately available after payment and you save on postage costs.

It is a solution if it is urgent or if you want to forward the gift voucher to someone by email.

But you won't get our nice free box.

How the Order Procedure works :

You select the value of the gift voucher in one of the 2 options offered and complete the order.
You will receive an automatic confirmation by email from us.

You will then receive an email from planning@authenticphoto.com with the correct price – including postage if you have chosen physical gift box delivery.
The email contains all the necessary information regarding the payment.

When ordering a Gift Box :
The box will be shipped after receipt of payment. The box contains a pre-filled receipt with its value, the order code and the period of validity.

When ordering a Downloadable Gift Voucher:
After receipt of payment you will receive the value, the order code and the period of validity by email.
You can now download a digital gift voucher and fill it in. Download the Gift Voucher PDF here

Using the Gift Voucher :

You can exchange the gift voucher online, by email or physically in our showroom in Brussels for all our productions and photo books.
During an online order you can enter the gift voucher code in the appropriate field when processing your order.
The amount will be automatically deducted from your total amount.
It is not possible to use the gift voucher in part. It is possible to use the gift voucher for part of the order.
Returns and payments are not possible. The gift voucher is valid for 1 year.
Reminder emails for unused gift vouchers cannot be sent as we do not know the end user.

After receipt of payment you will receive the order code (by email) that corresponds to the value of your order.
You can now download a digital gift voucher and enter the code.
